Our Returns Policy

We offer returns and exchanges on full-price items for a store credit within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. To ensure your item is eligible for return:

  • Item(s) are returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and without odours.
  • Item(s) has no marks or stains with tags & hygiene sticker attached.
  • Return is lodged within 14 days of receiving your order. 
  • Item(s) purchased on sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Duties, taxes, and shipping costs are not eligible for store credit and will not be included in your return or exchange credit. Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer via their local carrier.

Items returned with marks requiring cleaning will incur a $10 AUD cleaning fee, which will be deducted from your store credit, and items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to you at your expense.

How to Return

How do I return my item(s)

  1. Please email info@sabiswim.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return, placing 'return' in the subject line
  2. Once your return is lodged, we’ll email you the next steps
  3. Please ensure your items are in perfect condition, as Sabi cannot accept returns that are worn or altered in any way
  4. Ship your parcel within 7 days using a trackable service, as we are not liable for lost returns
  5. Once we receive your return, we’ll email you a store credit code within 3 business days

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged returned items.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, including items purchased during promotional periods or at 15% off or more. Please review sizing, fit notes, and product details carefully before purchasing.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued via email once your return is received and approved and valid for 3 years. Please note that duties, taxes and shipping, costs are not eligible for store credit and will not be included in the amount issued.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns are processed for store credit once your item has been received and approved. As we are unable to reserve items, availability is not guaranteed; if your selected item sells out, your store credit can be used to choose another piece at your convenience.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@sabiswim.com.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing. Eligible returns are issued as store credit or exchange only and do not include original shipping charges. Refunds are only provided for faulty items.

International Returns, Custom & Duty Fees

Duties and taxes are part of importing goods into your country. For orders to the United States, duties and taxes are included at checkout, so no additional fees are charged on arrival. For the United Kingdom, Europe, and other international destinations, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. If a parcel is returned for any reason, including non-collection or missed delivery, store credit will be issued once received, less these fees. Refunds are not offered in these cases.

Refused & Unclaimed Parcels

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties and taxes, failed delivery, or non-collection from a pickup point will be issued store credit once received, less any duties, taxes, shipping, and return shipping fees charged by the carrier. Refunds are not provided in these cases.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at info@sabiswim.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Lost & Delayed Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the courier. Sabi Swim is not responsible for delayed parcels or parcels marked as delivered that are lost or stolen. If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will liaise with the carrier; please note this may take up to 7-14 days for us to receive an update from the carrier
