When will my order arrive?

As soon as your pre-sale item/s have arrived at our warehouse and is ready to be shipped, you'll receive an email with your shipping information. As supplied at checkout, your order will dispatch by the end of November 2024. 

The shipping timeframe is determined by the shipping option you select at checkout. 

When do I have to pay?

Your items require full payment at checkout to confirm your order.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

You might be able to cancel your item before we prepare your order. As per our terms and conditions, we do not offer monetary refunds so canceling your order would be for store credit. Please note, once cancelled, we cannot guarantee access to this style once stock arrives.

Can I change my delivery address?

Please email our team via info@sabiswim.com prior to your order shipping and we can update this for you. 

If I purchase in stock items available now, will everything come together? 

Your order will ship in full once the presale stock arrives in November. If you wish to place an order for in stock items and wish to receive this immediately, please place seperate orders. 

Are my items still eligible for return in 14 days?

Yes, not to worry. You have 14 days from date of delivery to organise your return. 

It says items are sold out?

Since this is a pre-sale, we have already placed an order with our suppliers and stock is confirmed. Once we have reached the limit of this order in a particular style and size, it will show as sold out and you cannot add to cart. So sorry for any disappointment caused.
