When will my order arrive?
As soon as your pre-sale item arrives at our studio and is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
Estimated dispatch timeframes are listed on each product page under the product description.
Delivery timeframes will then depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
When do I have to pay?
Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-sale item.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
You may be able to cancel your order if it hasn’t been prepared for shipment.

As per our store policy, cancellations are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer refunds.
Please note: once cancelled, we can’t guarantee you’ll be able to repurchase the same item or size, as stock is limited.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet.
Please email us at info@sabiswim.com with your updated address as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.
If I purchase in stock items available now, will everything come together?
Yes. All items in your order will ship together once pre-sale stock arrives.
If you’d like to receive your in-stock pieces sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders - one for in stock items and one for pre-sale.
Are my items still eligible for return in 14 days?
Yes your order is still eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, in line with our returns policy.

Why does it say some items are sold out?
We place our supplier orders in advance for pre-sale styles, so quantities are capped.
Once we sell through our confirmed allocation for a specific size or style, it will show as sold out and won’t be available to add to cart. We know it can be disappointing. Thank you so much for the love and excitement around these pieces.
