Order Processing
Each order is lovingly packed and shipped from our Sydney studio. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing — especially during peak periods, as we’re a small (but mighty) team.
Orders placed after 10AM AEST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed from the following Monday.
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to update — this is totally normal, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show straight away.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
You can follow your parcel at any time via Australia Post’s tracking page.
For international orders, your parcel will be transferred to your country’s local postal service using the same tracking number.

Import Duties, Taxes & Tariffs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs. These fees are set by your local customs authority and can vary depending on your country and the value of your order.
For most regions, these charges are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the customer. The exception is the United States, where all orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) — meaning duties and tariffs are prepaid at checkout for a smooth, fee-free delivery experience.
Please note, duties and taxes are non-refundable, even if you choose to return your order. For US customers, exchanges are treated as a new import, which means duties and tariffs will apply again on exchanged items.

Lost or Undeliverable Parcels
Once your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, it’s considered fulfilled.
We’re not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery — but if something doesn’t look right, please email us at info@sabiswim.com. We’ll always do our best to support you.
Please double-check your shipping address before checking out — we’re unable to make changes once your order has been processed.
Orders cannot be refunded or reshipped if they are:
• Sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout
• Refused or unclaimed by the recipient
Customs Delays
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs inspections in the destination country. While most parcels clear within the standard delivery timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, which is outside of our control. In rare cases, this process can take up to 45 days. We recommend ordering in advance if you need your item by a specific date.
