Shipping

Delivery times:

All orders are shipped domestically and internationally via Australia Post.

Domestic (Standard) 3 - 8 business days.
Domestic (Express) 1 - 4 business days.
International 6-30 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days - excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on a Friday after 4PM AEST and over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive an email, please contact customer service. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to register.

SALES AND PROMOTIONAL PERIODS

During sale and promotional periods, order processing times may be subject to delay due to a higher than normal volume of orders. Please allow an additional 3-4 business days for your order to be processed for shipment from the warehouse.

Lost Items

Sabi Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking.
We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, Sabi Swimwear cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, missing, lost or stolen packages.

If you are experiencing any of these issues, please contact the courier directly.

It is the customers' responsibility to provide correct contact and shipping details. The customer is responsible for double-checking the information they have provided.

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the customer or recipient.

Free standard shipping on orders over $180 AUD.

$8.95 AUD Standard Shipping for orders under $180 AUD. Please allow 3-8 business days to receive your order once shipped, pending on if you are located in metro or non-metro areas.

$12 AUD Express shipping for orders under $180 AUD. $5 AUD Express shipping on orders over $180 AUD. Please allow 1-4 business days to receive your order once shipped, pending on if you are located in metro or non-metro areas.

NEW ZEALAND

Standard shipping flat rate $15 AUD.
