We ship all orders from our Sydney studio using Australia Post, with full tracking included on every parcel.

  • Standard: 2–8 business days

  • Express: 1–4 business days

USA & Canada

  • Standard International: 6–12 business days

Rest of World

  • Standard International: 6–25 business days

For international deliveries, your parcel will be passed on to your local postal service (like USPS, Royal Mail, or NZ Post) once it clears customs.

Order Processing

Each order is lovingly packed and shipped from our Sydney studio. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing — especially during peak periods, as we’re a small (but mighty) team.

Orders placed after 12PM AEST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed from the following Monday.

As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to update — this is totally normal, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show straight away.

Tracking Your Parcel

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

You can follow your parcel at any time via Australia Post’s tracking page.

For international orders, your parcel will be transferred to your country’s local postal service using the same tracking number.

Import Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Charges vary depending on your country’s regulations and order value.
These fees are non-refundable, including if you return your order.

Lost or Undeliverable Parcels

Once your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, it’s considered fulfilled.
We’re not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery — but if something doesn’t look right, please email us at info@sabiswim.com. We’ll always do our best to support you.

Please double-check your shipping address before checking out — we’re unable to make changes once your order has been processed.

Orders cannot be refunded or reshipped if they are:
