United States Shipping

All US orders are sent DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) — which means your import duties and tariffs are taken care of at checkout. By pre-paying these fees upfront, your order will clear customs smoothly and arrive with no surprise costs on delivery.

Please note, if you’re making an exchange, US Customs treats each shipment as a new import. This means duties and tariffs will apply again on exchanged orders.

We ship all orders from our Sydney studio using Australia Post, with full tracking included on every parcel.

For international deliveries, your parcel will be passed on to your local postal service (like USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post or NZ Post) once it clears customs.

Order Processing

Each order is lovingly packed and shipped from our Sydney studio. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing — especially during peak periods, as we’re a small (but mighty) team.

Orders placed after 10AM AEST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed from the following Monday.

As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to update — this is totally normal, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show straight away.

Tracking Your Parcel

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

You can follow your parcel at any time via Australia Post’s tracking page.

For international orders, your parcel will be transferred to your country’s local postal service using the same tracking number.

Import Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

International orders may be subject to customs duties import taxes or tariffs once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are set by local customs authorities and can vary depending on your country and the value of your order.

For most regions these charges are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes are non refundable even if you choose to return your order.

If duties or taxes are not paid and a parcel is held awaiting payment or collection it may be returned to sender by the carrier. Once the parcel is received back by us a store credit for the full value of the order will be issued in line with our returns policy. Refunds are not offered for parcels returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes.

We recommend monitoring your tracking once your order has shipped and contacting your local postal service promptly if you are notified of any required payments. If you are unsure about potential charges we suggest checking with your local customs office prior to placing your order.

United States Orders

All United States orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid. This means duties and tariffs are prepaid at checkout for a smooth and fee free delivery experience.

Please note that exchanges for US customers are treated as a new import. Duties and tariffs will apply again on exchanged items and are non refundable.

Lost or Undeliverable Parcels

Once your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, it’s considered fulfilled.
We’re not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery — but if something doesn’t look right, please email us at info@sabiswim.com. We’ll always do our best to support you.

Please double-check your shipping address before checking out — we’re unable to make changes once your order has been processed.

Orders cannot be refunded or reshipped if they are:
• Sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout
• Refused or unclaimed by the recipient

Customs Delays

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs inspections in the destination country. While most parcels clear within the standard delivery timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, which is outside of our control. In rare cases, this process can take up to 45 days. We recommend ordering in advance if you need your item by a specific date.
