Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10AM to 4PM AEST).

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing, and an additional 3 to 5 business days during collection launches and sale periods.

Orders placed after 9AM AEST on Fridays, or over the weekend or public holidays, will be processed from the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

While we do our best to meet the below delivery timeframes, they are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and external delays.

Australia

Standard shipping: 2 to 6 business days
Express shipping: 1 to 3 business days

Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

United States

Shipping timeframe: 3 to 15 business days

Orders are shipped via FedEx Delivered Duties Paid. All duties, customs, and taxes on US orders are included in the price, so your order arrives with no additional fees.

United Kingdom

Shipping timeframe: 3–15 business days

Orders are shipped via FedEx. Duties, customs, and taxes on UK orders are calculated and displayed at checkout, ensuring your order arrives with no additional fees required upon delivery, these duties and taxes are part of receiving goods into your country.

Please note that duties, taxes, shipping, and shipping protection costs are not eligible for store credit on exchange or return orders and will not be included in your store credit provided.

For any orders placed prior to 3rd April 2026 were shipped with Australia Post. Please note that for these shipments, customs duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the customer and may be payable upon delivery. These charges are not covered and are not eligible for refund.

Europe

Shipping timeframe: 3 to 15 business days

Orders are shipped via FedEx. Duties, customs, and taxes on EU orders are calculated and displayed at checkout, ensuring your order arrives with no additional fees required upon delivery, these duties and taxes are part of receiving goods into your country.

Please note that duties, taxes, shipping, and shipping protection costs are not eligible for store credit on exchange or return orders and will not be included in your store credit provided.

For any orders placed prior to 3rd April, these were shipped via Australia Post. Please note that delivery timeframes for these orders can be up to 25 business days, and customs duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the customer and may be payable upon delivery. These charges are not covered and are not eligible for refund. Your parcel will be transferred to your local postal service once it has cleared customs, using the same tracking number.

New Zealand

Shipping timeframe: 5 to 7 business days

Orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard International, with tracking provided once your order has been dispatched.

Once your parcel arrives in New Zealand, it will be handed over to NZ Post for final delivery. You can continue to track your parcel using the same tracking number or contact NZ Post on 0800 501 501.

Please note that any customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for refund.

Canada

Shipping timeframe: 3–12 business days

Orders are shipped via FedEx. Duties, customs, and taxes on CAD orders are calculated and displayed at checkout, ensuring your order arrives with no additional fees required upon delivery, these duties and taxes are part of receiving goods into your country.

Please note that duties, taxes, shipping, and shipping protection costs are not eligible for store credit on exchange or return orders and will not be included in your store credit provided.

Rest of World

Shipping timeframe: 6 to 25 business days

Orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard International. Once your parcel has cleared customs, it will be handed over to your local postal service for final delivery.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Customs, Duties & Delays

International orders may be subject to customs inspections and clearance procedures, which can occasionally cause delays beyond estimated delivery timeframes.

For orders shipped via FedEx to the US duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout. For UK, CAD and EU orders duties and taxes are calculated separately at checkout ensuring your order arrives with no additional fees required upon delivery, these duties and taxes are part of receiving goods into your country.

For all other international destinations, customs duties, taxes and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, however we will always do our best to assist where possible. In rare cases, this process can take up to 45 days. We recommend ordering in advance if you need your item by a specific date.

Please note that duties, taxes, shipping, and shipping protection costs are not eligible for store credit on exchange or return orders and will not be included in your store credit provided.

Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Orders shipped via Australia Post can be tracked here. For international deliveries, your parcel may be transferred to your local postal service once it has cleared customs, using the same tracking number.

EU, US & UK orders shipped via FedEx can be tracked here.

Lost or Missing Parcels

Once your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, it’s considered fulfilled.
We’re not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery, but if something doesn’t look right, please email us at info@sabiswim.com. We’ll always do our best to support you.

Please double-check your shipping address before checking out, we’re unable to make changes once your order has been processed.

Orders cannot be refunded or reshipped if they are:

  • Sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout
  • Refused or unclaimed by the recipient

For orders experiencing delivery delays, please note that we are currently working within our carriers’ 7-business-day SLA for investigation responses. Once a parcel is flagged as delayed, lost, or missing, we are required to allow up to 7 business days for the carrier to complete their review and provide an update on the shipment status.
