Returns:

We accept returns on full-price items for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued only for items that arrive faulty or damaged. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene liner intact, and free from marks, stains, or odours. Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Duties, taxes, shipping, and shipping protection are non-refundable and excluded from store credit. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and any returns that do not meet these standards may be sent back at your expense. Items requiring cleaning will incur a $10 AUD fee, deducted from your store credit.
