Frequently Asked Questions

We ship to over 100 countries around the world. All orders are shipped internationally from Sydney, Australia via Australia Post at a flat delivery fee.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia

The dispatch date of your order will depend on the order processing time. Our dispatch team endeavors to process all orders as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days of purchase from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. During sale periods, please allow an additional 3 to 4 business days for your order to be dispatched due to higher than normal volumes of orders.

Once your order has been confirmed and accepted by us, our dispatch team endeavors to process it as quickly as possible so it is ready for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. Any orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 3 to 4 business days for order processing during sale periods, due to higher than normal volumes of orders.

Once your order has been shipped by our dispatch team, the delivery timeframe will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, the shipping carrier used and your location from our warehouse in Sydney. Please note that delivery timeframes are in addition to processing times.

Australian Delivery:

Standard Delivery - Please allow 3 to 8 business days after processing to receive your order, pending on if you are located in the metro or non-metro area.

Express Delivery - Please allow 1 to 4 business days after processing to receive your order, pending on if you are located in the metro or non-metro area.

International Delivery:

Standard - Please allow 6-30 business days after processing for you to receive your order once shipped.

Delivery Delays: We recommend that you regularly check the websites of our shipping partners to take notice of any delays that are being experienced within their network. If you have any question about receiving your order, please contact our customer care team at info@sabiswim.com

We currently partner with Australia Post for all deliveries.

We offer express and standard shipping options for orders within Australia. 

 

We do our best to make sure all parcels arrive as quickly and safely as possible. We recommend contacting our customer service team before Australia Post, with your name and order number so we can help you receive your parcel as soon as possible!

When following up your order, please refer to the tracking details provided in the email that was sent out upon purchasing the product. This will allow you to review the whereabouts of your package.

As our dispatch team are busy packing your order as soon as it is placed, we have a small amount of time to amend your shipping address. Please email our customer care team and they will try their best to fix it up before your order is shipped out. Please note, we cannot guarantee your address will be fixed before it is collected.

If we are unable to update this and your order comes back to us, there will be a $10 Domestic Fee to have your item re-sent. Any items lost due to the incorrect address we are not liable for. 

Australia: No duties

New Zealand: No duties on orders under $1000 NZD

All international deliveries may be subject to duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are unique to each region and they are the responsibility of the customer. In most cases, duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. For more information on duties and taxes in your region, we recommend you visit your local customs website. 

Sabi Swim reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred from orders that are refused at customs, including a redirection fee. 

Packages may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please consider this when purchasing your order.

Sabi Swim is not responsible for any additional fees incurred. 

We are legally required to state the full retail value of the goods you are purchasing.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation containing a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for updates to appear on the tracking page after the notification.

We're so sorry you ended up with a piece that isn't top quality! This is certainly not what we expect our customers to receive. We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. We conduct a robust quality check on all our items prior to dispatch. However, if you have received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will happily replace it, as long as it has been returned within 7 days of purchase. 

Any faults reported after a month will not be accepted.

Please note before making your sizing choice: swimwear will mould to your body as you wear it, as it is a stretchy material. If it feels a little tight when you try it on, this is most likely your perfect fit.

We accept returns for change of mind, size changes, and style changes in exchange for a store credit only. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. Due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item/s will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive a store credit valid for 12 months which can be used storewide, online only.

How to return your item(s)

1. Please email us at info@sabiswim.com with your order number and name of item(s) you wish to return, placing 'return' in the subject line.

2. Once your return has been lodged, we will email you the next steps in returning your item(s).

3. Please check your item(s) to ensure they are in perfect condition as Sabi cannot accept any item(s) returned worn or tampered with in any way.

4. Ship your parcel to the address provided. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Once we receive your return, we will email you a store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used store-wide.

6. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are stained.

Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse for your store credit to be issued.Sabi is not responsible for any lost or damaged item(s) when returning.

You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to lodge a return request.

We know it seems simpler to just drop off your return on your own but our Warehouse is not open to the public.

Your store credit is valid for 1 year so you can be sure that if there isn’t something you want to use it on right now, there certainly will be within this time! Your store credit can be used storewide, online only. Happy Shopping! 

We do not accept returns for items purchased through one of our stockists. Please contact the retailer directly or visit their website for their full returns policy.

Any item purchased on sale or at a marked down price is final sale and ineligible for any form of return or exchange. If a discount code was applied to a full retail priced item, the item is not final sale unless if the discount code is advertised as final sale. We do not offer any exceptions for this policy.

You do not need to be logged into a customer account to place an online order. However, if you wish to create an account with us, you are welcome to register.

 

All products are priced in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apply Pal, AfterPay, Sabi Swim Gift Cards and store credit.

Afterpay is an interest-free payment plan option where you can buy now and pay for your purchase in 4 equal fortnightly instalments. The funds for the first payment will need to be available on your card at the time of purchase.

To apply a promotional or discount code to your order, enter the code in the ‘Gift Card or Discount Code’ field at checkout and click apply. The discount will be applied on eligible items only. To find out what products are eligible for a sale or discount, see our Terms and Conditions.

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply a promotional discount or sale price after the sale period has ended. Please read the promotional terms and conditions carefully to be aware of the start and finish dates of the offer.

We are unable to offer price adjustments and cannot apply discount codes to orders after they have been placed. Please note: Vouchers cannot be combined with other discount codes.

We try our best to restock our bestsellers frequently.

If you are waiting for a specific product, be sure to head to the product page and sign up for restock notifications.

Unfortunately, adding an item to your cart does not mean they are reserved. If an item has sold out after it has been added to your cart, you will see a message at checkout about the item unavailability.

If you have missed out on an item and it is listed as ‘sold out’, you can sign up to receive an email notification when the item is back in stock. On the product page, simply select your desired size and click the ‘Notify When Available’ button to sign up.
